I have just added a new recipe under the discussion heading Game - I wondered if adding recipes under discussion tabs might make them easier to find in future than just posting htem on the wall?

I have found a fool proof chocolate brownie recipe, I hope it will be useful to somebody:
375g butter, 375g good dark choc, 6 large eggs, 1 1/2 tsp van extract, 500g caster sugar, 225g plain flour, 1/2 tsp salt. Tin size of 13in X 9in or equivalent, is very important.Oven to 180C
Line tin. Melt butt and choc together in pan. beat eggs with sugar and van in bowl. In another bowl add flour and salt. Cool choc mixture, add eggs and sugar, then flour. mix, then put in tin. Bake for 25min.
